I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Michigan with over 20 years of experience supporting adults through therapy, coaching, and executive consulting.

My approach is solution-focused and strengths-based: We work together to set clear goals that actually matter to you and build simple, practical steps to reach them.

I incorporate straightforward insights from human adaptation (understanding how our brains are wired for problem solving), cognitive-behavioral tools, and lifestyle strategies to help turn unhelpful responses into effective tools for today’s challenges. This approach leads to real improvements that you can feel - less stress, stronger relationships, more self-confidence, and a greater sense of energy and well-being.

Therapy and coaching with me are collaborative, efficient, and tailored. No one-size-fits-all. You’ll leave sessions with momentum and usable strategies.

I offer secure telehealth across Michigan and PSYPACT-participating states.
