Jennifer A. Kodrik, PsyD
Clinical Psychologist
People often find the same issues resurfacing no matter how much effort they put in. Stress lingers despite your attempts to push it aside. Relationships fall into familiar but frustrating routines. Self-comparison makes even positive moments feel insufficient. Or a quiet sense persists that life could feel lighter and more fulfilling.
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Michigan with over 20 years of experience supporting adults through therapy, coaching, and practical guidance. My approach is solution focused and strengths based. We work side by side to define the changes you want most, draw on the capabilities you already have, and build simple actionable steps grounded in cognitive behavioral techniques, lifestyle adjustments, and an understanding of human adaptation.
This process is collaborative and efficient. You will gain usable tools from the start that help reduce stress, improve connections with others, build lasting self-assurance, and bring greater energy and well-being. No one-size-fits-all. You’ll leave sessions with momentum and usable strategies.
I offer secure telehealth across Michigan and in 43 PSYPACT-participating states.
